The Senior Manager, Global Innovation & Asset Strategy supports the evolution of Pizza Hut's global restaurant formats by partnering closely with Global Design Leadership to advance next-generation asset strategies, format innovation, and operational modernization.

This role plays a critical part in shaping future-ready Pizza Hut environments that enable all-channel growth, improve unit economics, and enhance both guest and team member experiences across diverse worldwide markets. The position operates at the intersection of Design, Development, Operations, and Technology-helping translate brand vision and growth strategy into scalable, testable, and globally adaptable solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience

12+ years of experience in restaurant innovation, asset development, operations, design strategy, or related field.
Experience supporting multi-unit or international format development initiatives.
Familiarity with franchise business models and global brand systems preferred.
Exposure to digital and technology-enabled solutions within retail or restaurant environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Operations, or related discipline.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Salary Range: $142,500 to $150,840 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
