You'll analyze performance trends, evaluate whitespace and portfolio opportunities, and build data-driven sales stories that enable partners to optimize and modernize their licensed footprint. Working closely with cross-functional teams - including Sales Development, Sales, Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and Design - you'll translate insights into actionable strategies that drive stronger unit economics, improved guest experience, and sustainable growth across travel centers, campuses, entertainment venues, and other non-traditional channels.
This role blends commercial analytics, strategic problem-solving, and collaborative execution to ensure every recommendation strengthens our brand and supports partner success. What You'll Do
Drive Organic Growth: Support regional and national development plans that expand Pizza Hut's licensed store footprint, with a focus on regional (100+) and super-regional (500+) partners. Use demographic, financial, and competitive data to identify promising markets and channels, translating findings into clear insights that help guide market prioritization and long-term expansion planning.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support market evaluations, investment modeling, and portfolio performance reviews. Create clear, story-driven business cases-including pro-formas, ROI models, and scenario analyses-that turn data into actionable insights for internal teams and partners. Present information in a concise, compelling way that clarifies opportunities and informs decision-making.
Strengthen Partnerships: Build strong working relationships with licensed operators and key partners by providing reliable, insight-backed support throughout the development process. Share market analyses, development standards, and project timelines to help partners make informed decisions. Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure partners have the information and guidance needed to move projects forward.
Optimize Performance: Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and market trends to surface insights that improve development outcomes. Support process-improvement efforts, including enhancing pipeline tools, reporting workflows, and development tracking systems to improve clarity and efficiency. Contribute to Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by synthesizing data into clear, concise performance updates that highlight progress, risks, and next steps.
Execute with Excellence: Work closely with Sales Development, Finance, and Operations teams to support high-quality, on-time delivery of licensed development projects. Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and communicate updates to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Use data-supported insights to anticipate issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
Represent the Brand: Support partner meetings, development discussions, and industry events as a representative of the Pizza Hut brand. Communicate key insights, development standards, and growth priorities in a clear and professional manner. Help reinforce brand expectations and contribute to initiatives that expand Pizza Hut's presence across licensed and non-traditional formats.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, consumer packaged goods, ideally in a multi-unit or franchise environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities across teams and leadership levels.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary Range: $78,300 to $82,800 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
