As a Licensed Store Development Associate, you will be a key player in Pizza Hut's Business Development team, focused on expanding our reach and bringing the Pizza Hut experience to new markets. Your role is crucial in identifying and nurturing potential partners, guiding them through the development process, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Pizza Hut's non-traditional store network.

Required Qualifications:

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong strategic outreach and lead engagement skills.
Excellent relationship-building and consultative communication abilities.
Proficiency in sales qualification and discovery techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
CRM discipline and pipeline management expertise.
Curiosity about markets, development, and operator business models.
A proven track record of success in a similar role is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer outreach.
Experience in franchise, retail, or multi-unit environments is preferred.

Salary Range: $89,300 to $94,590 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
