General Manager

Own the performance and success of your restaurant by leading a team and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations and team performance
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training
Drive sales and monitor key performance metrics
Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety, food handling standards, and brand standards
Lead and coach management and team members
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Prior management experience required, preferably in food service
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Reliable and results-driven
Valid driver's license
Pass background check
