RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As an RGM, you'll run the restaurant like an owner-driving performance, building a strong and motivated team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. You'll also be among the first to adopt and implement cutting-edge platforms and systems that are redefining how the world experiences pizza

What You'll Do

Own Your Business: Run all aspects of operations-team development, service standards, inventory, facilities, and financial performance.
Lead Digital First: Champion new technologies like AI-driven forecasting, kitchen robotics, digital scheduling, self-service ordering kiosks and automated pick-up cabinets.
Champion Change: Be on the front lines of innovation-test pilot programs, give feedback to corporate partners, and help shape what comes next.
Build & Empower Teams: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing crew. You'll lead by example, train with purpose, and create a culture where people thrive.
Drive the Numbers: Take ownership of P&L. Use data insights to manager labor, food cost, and performance metrics like a pro.
Wow Every Guest: Lead with hospitality in mind. From in-store experience to digital touchpoints, ensure every guest feels the love.

What You Bring

At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
Tech-savvy mindset: eager to adopt and train on emerging tools and platforms.
Passion for mentoring and creating a strong, value-driven culture.
Strong analytical thinking-comfortable with data, reports, and decision-making.
Operational excellence and a high sense of accountability.
