Reporting to the BOOK IT! Associate Manager, the Program Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the BOOK IT! program. They are responsible for training and supporting restaurant teams, engaging with franchisees and equity partners, and activating community initiatives. This role acts as a connector, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders to deliver a successful and impactful program.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
2 to 4 years of experience in retail/restaurant operations, franchise support, or community engagement required.
Experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant operations is preferred.
Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and corporate foundations is an asset.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.
Strong understanding of retail/restaurant operations and large-scale program execution.
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent program management and progress tracking skills.
Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range: $72,200 to $76,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
