You create engaging communication deliverables that work across channels and seamlessly tie together multiple communication moments into our broader strategies.

The Communications Analyst is a skilled writer who can produce strategic (and fun!) employee communication campaigns, programs and initiatives. You create engaging communication deliverables that work across multiple channels and seamlessly tie together our broader strategies.
What We Need:
We are looking for someone to support the functional execution of our communication strategies and change management initiatives with work that ranges from one-off, needs-based communications to regular ongoing communication, or large-scale campaigns and behavior change.
- Assist business functions/project teams to schedule and develop cohesive communications plans, while providing visibility to efforts underway
- Build, execute and maintain an enterprise communications calendar with key dates and campaigns around required and business-essential communications, equity and inclusion events, social purpose and employee engagement, as well as HR-related actions (e.g., performance, benefits, wellness)
- Research, write and publish content and visuals to be shared across multiple channels including an external blog(s), LinkedIn and internal newsletters
- Identify measurements for owned communications-related materials and routinely analyze channel performance
- Support the planning and implementation of Town Halls and other major employee meetings, ensuring meeting objectives are achieved
- Support crisis communications (team effort), working in partnership with our Technology, Quality Assurance and Restaurant readiness teams
- Champion the use of the intranet and collaboration tools to ensure employees and restaurant teams stay engaged and informed
- The Communications Analyst will report to the Communications and Engagement Manager
What You Bring:
- Strong writer who is creative, but informative
- Self-motivated, confident in their craft and able to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Experience working with leadership teams (negotiating, influencing) and have strong people networking skills
- Strong project management and time planning skills
- Experience developing compelling visuals (i.e., presentations, videos, print, etc.); a portfolio of samples will be requested
- Have experience in building relationships with internal partners to deliver on project plans
- High sense of empathy and ability to connect people and teams
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, English, PR, Marketing - major is of interest, but what's of most interest is what you learned and how you've applied it in your career
- 3+ years of experience in a full-time, Communications-focused role
