Lets Unbox the Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Lead for the US, you will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Director and the Head of HR to lead and execute senior-level hiring from start to finish, as well as lead the US Talent Acquisition team. Your role will involve partnering with the business and senior stakeholders to drive process and cost efficiencies, including implementing effective direct sourcing and talent mapping strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic reporting tools to enhance performance and improve the experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The US Talent Acquisition Lead supports the overall growth and strategic direction of the region through sourcing the best talent for open vacancies, managing a team, acting as a subject matter expert talent partner for the business as well as leading on key recruitment transformation projects:
- Take the lead on transformational recruitment projects and initiatives for the US Business Unit in line with the overriding Global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Manage and lead the PHUS recruitment team and ensure all operational KPI's are met and performance is consistent
- Creation and distribution of weekly / monthly MI packs tailing both operational and strategic data metrics to drive business efficiencies
- Utilize creative and cost efficient sourcing techniques to directly source and talent pool relevant senior level candidates for the business
- Partner with the Head of HR and senior stakeholders on workforce planning, ensuring we are working with the business on forecasting potential needs, understanding key attrition metrics and formulating a sourcing strategy
- Own end to end senior level hiring
- Own and structure the interview process in line with Hiring Managers and the overriding Talent Acquisition strategy
- Lead on agency engagement and work alongside the Global Talent Acquisition Director on creation of a wider preferred supplier list
- Execution of initiatives related to equity, inclusion and belonging.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a Talent Acquisition function and team leadership
- Experience in TA process and policy improvement
- Significant experience managing end to end recruitment cycles
- Demonstrated success working with senior stakeholders and experience working on executive search engagements
- Experience working on a variety of roles in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.
- Strong understanding of operational and strategic based recruitment MI reporting and analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
