We are in search of a seasoned Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in driving Pizza Hut's conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across our front-end client applications. The ideal candidate will have experience driving conversion growth for ecommerce websites and mobile applications at scale. This role will require the candidate to manage & document requirements and translate them into technical stories for software engineers. In this role, you will participate in Agile ceremonies and be an integral part of the team, working closely with the product owner, analytics team, product teams, marketing team, and 3rd party vendors.

Role & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate & understand use cases as well as business and functional requirements for conversion rate optimization initiatives, with an eye towards scaling capabilities across platforms to drive maximum impact
  • Refine user stories from a technical perspective and prepare documentation for storyboarding
  • Clarify business ideas and understand primary goal, and contrast with possible solutions
  • Write stories and acceptance criteria in a clear, concise format suitable for SDLC and E2E testing
  • Work with technical team to gather information for and document data flow diagrams, system integration diagrams, user guides, and process flows
  • Ability to understand and identify risk and impacts to external teams and stakeholders
  • Support training and roll-out of process or tool changes.


Background / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Merchandising, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years overall in professional IT roles, with 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Technical understanding of software development & SDLC
  • Experience with technical story writing and process documentation
  • Proven track record of defining requirements and guiding developers through a development cycle


Preferred:
  • Prior experience with A/B testing and ecommerce merchandising is a plus
  • Ability to independently multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze inconsistent results with little to no guidance
  • Experience with Jira, Rally, or another sprint tracking/ticketing system
  • Critical thinking to define, document, and support decisioning for best outcome/resolution to add iterative value
  • Growth-minded professional who demonstrates initiative in both team environments and independently

Salary Range: $121,000 to $151,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
