Shift Lead

Responsibilities:
• Lead shifts by overseeing restaurant operations, including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Support and motivate team members to ensure efficiency and great customer service.
• Handle customer interactions, including resolving concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new employees and reinforce Pizza Hut's service and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure food and supplies are stocked.
• Handle cash, make deposits, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Work alongside team members in various roles as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential bank deposits or shift coverage).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
