Pizza Hut Global - Associate Finance Manager

The Associate Manager, Finance will provide financial analyses and insight to support the profitable growth of the Pizza Hut Global business. The analysis will mostly consist of evaluating sales and marketing performance across the world. They regularly partner with and lead discussions with Finance, Sales, & Marketing departments across multiple business units around the world to prepare financial trends, forecasts and analyses.
  • Partner with multiple business units around the world and drive actionable insights based sales trends and performance (40%)
  • Drive analytics on brand & marketing initiatives and share learnings globally to accelerate sales growth (25%)
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and own periodic reporting for leadership team (15%)
  • Expand and automate dashboards and reporting for leadership team (20%)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree, MBA Preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
  • 5-8 years of experience in finance or business analytics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ensures closure on key initiatives.
  • Great comfort in conducting due diligence and synthesizing findings to offer actionable recommendations
  • Strong bias for fact-based decision-making and action-oriented project management practices
  • Demonstrates strong analytical intuition and can readily identify gaps in analyses & incorporates creative solutions.
  • Manages time and resources and removes obstacles to ensure quality output is delivered on time.
  • Frames highly complex issues in an effective manner, using creativity to compile and arrange data in unique and compelling ways.
  • Adds value to team's work by identifying higher-order analytical approaches and solutions.
  • Creates cohesive and coherent presentations, demonstrating a strong command of best practices in deck construction.
  • Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different functions and all levels required
  • Develops people and helps them grow.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, SQL preferred.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $115,000annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
