Position Title: Office Administration Assistant
Reports To: Director of HR
Office Location: 1170 Celebration Blvd Suite 102 Celebration, FL 34747
FLSA Status: Non-exempt Part Time
Effective Date: Immediate
Wage Range: $11 - $13 per hour depending on experience.
Purpose/Scope of the position: Provide clerical & administrative assistant support for corporate support team.
Education/Skills: Proficient level of capability with Microsoft 2013 Excel is desired but not necessary. Candidates must be organized, able to multi-task and demonstrate a high sense of teamwork.
Appearance/Personality: Professional, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, trust-worthy
Duties (include but not limited to):
• Primary - Support Staffing Manager with job postings and other staffing related tasks
• Secondary - Misc. projects to drive culture initiatives or other administrative tasks such as scanning and uploading documents
• Maintain all active management and terminated employment files
• Prepare and ship all promotion recognition packets
• Prepare and mail out all newly hired driver packets
• Misc. clerical type work
• Provide backfill support for Office Manager position in the following areas:
o Sort and distribute mail
o Greet guests, assess needs and provide support or direction
o Answer phone and monitor general phone message box
o Sign for packages
o Coordinate fed ex and other out-going mail
o Copying, Filing, Meeting preparation (copies, set up meeting room, order food)Log and prepare in-coming checks
o Manage general office supplies (coordinate on-line orders, retail pick-ups)
o General assistance in project work as directed by Executive Leadership Team
Normal Working Hours and Days: Hours are expected to be 10-20 hours per week.
Requirements
Education/Skills: High School diploma. Proficient level of capability with Microsoft 2013 Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word applications. Candidates must be organized, able to multi-task and demonstrate a high sense of teamwork.
