Manager, Customer & Marketing Analytics (Remote)

We are searching for a Marketing & Customer Analytics expert with a deep technical foundation and a knack for translating complex analyses into actionable business insights. As a Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will lead Pizza Hut to new heights by owning and executing comprehensive analyses and projects from start to finish. This encompasses everything from opportunity identification and problem scoping to analysis execution and synthesizing results for stakeholders and leadership.

Within the Marketing & Customer Analytics group, you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging data and technology for strategic decision-making across the organization. Your work will span the full spectrum of Marketing Analytics, including market testing of new products, evaluation of disruptive value constructs through full experimental design, and gaining deeper customer insights using our new Customer Data Platform.

  • Own end-to-end identification of opportunities, development, and execution of advanced modeling for customer behavior (Churn model, Customer Lifetime value, Causal Inference for Treatment variables)
  • Execute, improve, and streamline data processes to enhance understanding of our business health and performance using SQL, Python/R, and Excel among other analytical tools.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of our customers, integrating data from our Customer Data Platform to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead market testing for new products and value constructs, employing full experimental design to validate business strategies.
  • Craft and deliver presentations that translate complex analytical findings into clear, impactful business statements and conclusions.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business opportunities.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously updating your toolkit with new analytics tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover business opportunities and influence strategy through data-driven insights.

Minimum Requirements

Education: 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's Degree, or 3+ years with a Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: Required
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a specialized focus on marketing and/or customer analytics.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in SQL, with the ability to conduct sophisticated analyses using Python or R, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Understanding and Experience applying advanced statistical methods to inform business strategies, while validating the underlying assumptions
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical subjects clearly and concisely, turning complex analyses into pithy, business-oriented statements and conclusions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable components while focusing on critical business objectives.
  • Experience with data management and manipulation tools, with a willingness to broaden this skill set.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining dashboard-based reporting through BI tools (Tableau or Power BI, with a preference for Tableau).

Salary Range: $127,300 to $149,800 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
