  • You're at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (not public transportation - you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant sometimes) and a true desire to learn and grow.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational "multi-unit" management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or 3-5 years of RGM level leadership at Pizza Hut
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred. Curious about this. Do we really need/prefer this level of education?
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional team building capability.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Strong restaurant tech and computer skills
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, performance evaluation, and development of leaders
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
