There are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

- You look for GREAT people to add to the Pizza Hut family and have a vision for GREAT restaurants - you know how to get your team to bring it to life.
- You set high standards for yourself and for your people.
- You're up for a challenge. You love the excitement of the restaurant business and know every day is different.
- You're at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (not public transportation - you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant sometimes) and a true desire to learn and grow.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational "multi-unit" management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or 3-5 years of RGM level leadership at Pizza Hut
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred. Curious about this. Do we really need/prefer this level of education?
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building capability.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Strong restaurant tech and computer skills
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, performance evaluation, and development of leaders
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
