Pizza Hut, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of Communications to lead our internal and external communications strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing communication plans that: support all parts of the Pizza Hut business; connect employees to our brand strategy; and protect and enhance our brand reputation. This role encompasses internal and external communications, issues & crisis management and community impact. Reporting directly into Pizza Hut's Global Chief People & Culture Officer, the position sits on the Global People & Culture Team and collaborates heavily across functional teams and the entire Yum! Brands organization in a highly matrixed environment. The Director of Communications also manages two direct reports: one team member focused on supporting traditional internal and external communications and a second team member who serves as a hybrid internal communications resource and creative/multimedia specialist.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate and/or internal communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.

• Exceptional writing skills, with a strong command of AP Style preferred.

• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience working across and navigating a highly matrixed organization and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global markets.

• Previous experience managing external agency and vendor relationships preferred.

Salary Range: $160,400 to $169,920 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
