Social Impact Analyst


Pizza Hut has jumpstarted its evolution to elevate the culture by embedding Equity, Inclusion and Belonging into how teams lead and do business. With the recent hiring of the Chief Equity Officer (CEqO) for the brand, Pizza Hut has taken a bold step to help drive cultural and systemic change in the workplace, marketplace, and communities where Pizza Hut operates. The function is adding a Social Impact Analyst to join the team in these efforts.

The Social Impact Analyst will report directly to the Chief Equity Officer. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of EI&B plans across the brand, specifically working with assigned client groups and functions to provide EI&B subject matter expertise. The EI&B Specialist will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its EI&B business goals, while championing what it means to inspire inclusivity every day with our actions.
  • Gather, analyze, and provide data insights to inform intentional actions to achieve organizational and functional EI&B aspirational goals.
  • Support EI&B benchmarking practices, and lead monthly tracking and communications of aspirational goals (i.e., workforce data, vendor/supplier spend, and learning completion).
  • With assigned client groups, take the lead in proposing recommendations to coaches for cultivating inclusive behaviors that align to the EI&B strategy.
  • In partnership with the EI&B Business Partner, assist with implementing brand-wide actions that will accelerate the organization's EI&B strategy and aspirational goals.
  • Assist the CEqO with identified actions for the enterprise-wide, EI&B Center of Excellence; coordinate follow up communication and oversee the action register to ensure completion of all post actions.
  • Research and recommend EI&B service offerings of external partners and vendors that will deliver the best ROI for the brand and teams.
  • Serve as a partner to the communications and engagement function on EI&B-specific messaging and engagement plans (internal and external).
  • Lead the survey management of EI&B industry surveys (preparation, completion, reporting of results, and post actions).
  • Assist with the development and delivery of EI&B presentations when needed (i.e., slide preparation, communication to teams, and post-actions).
  • Assist with the development and delivery of EI&B training when needed (i.e., slide preparation, communication to teams, and post-actions).
  • Collaborate with EI&B leads at YUM! and its brands to share best practices and support comprehensive efforts across the system.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications)
  • 3-5+ year's experience working in DEI/EIB, ESG/CSR, HR, Change Management, or Business Operations
  • Demonstrated experience converting concepts into actionable objectives using and analyzing all relevant data to do so
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to deliver against multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver business, creative and technical feedback
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated team player who brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
