Senior Analyst, Operations - Non-Traditional/Express

Description:

The goal of the Senior Analyst, Operations role is to partner and support Operations while engaging with our licensees in business discussion, training completion and improve the overall operations and profitability of our licensee partners. The role will be the primary point of contact for a subset of licensee partners and be the pivotal leader for a cross functional team that supports our Non-Traditional licensee partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Ops Engagement & Support
- Serve as the engagement & operations lead for a subset of licensees for the Pizza Hut brand
- Lead Business reviews with licensee partners focused on People, Customer, Sales and improving Profits
- Support licensees on implementing foundational programs such as training platform, voice of customer program, and other tech & loyalty programs supported by the Pizza Hut Brand.

Onboarding New Store Openings
- Lead Onboarding Intro Calls to finalize opening timeline and menu for locations
- Help Licensee set up Learning Zone for employees and ensure restaurant/team alignment is correct
- Guide Licensee on the purchase of Equipment & McLane Food Service orders

Training Administration
- Partner with cross functional team within Pizza Hut to monitor results of Non-Traditional Food Safety and Brand Standard audits
- Partner with a cross functional team to assist in onboard new LIC and existing Licensees onto the Learning Zone platform.
- Prepare data for Licensee's business discussions concerning overall health of the organizations
- Partner with a cross functional team to drive field communications and increase field engagement
- Effectively facilitate communication to the field concerning re-opening temporary closed locations
- Effectively facilitate communication to the field concerning term expiration
- Effectively facilitate communication to the field concerning Training

Required Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational "multi-unit" management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
