WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Scaling and Implementation Analyst will be responsible for managing the implementation of new products, solutions, or processes within Pizza Hut Global (PHG), and ensure that implementations have the right support materials to be successful and scalable across the Globe.

This role requires a deep operational knowledge and a mix of project management, technical, and strategic skills and would be working cross functionally with the Innovation, Transformation, FIT, Brand, QA and D&T Teams

Day-to-Day:
  1. Developing and managing the implementation plan for new products, solutions, or processes, and ensuring that timelines are met.
  2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Innovation, Transformation, FIT, Brand, QA & D&Tto ensure successful implementation.
  3. Ensuring that the implementation is scalable, fully supported with materials and can be rolled out Globally
  4. Identifying potential risks, roadblocks to implementation and developing contingency plans to address them.
  5. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementation and reporting progress to Operations Excellence Manager
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations for changes that can increase efficiency and scalability.
  7. Collaborating with senior management to ensure that the implementation aligns with PHG goals and strategies.

IS THIS YOU?
  • BS degree
  • 3+ years ARL Operations experience
  • Strong influencing and communication skills of internal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ year exposure to professional presentation development (PPT) and strategic business analysis (XLS)
