WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Implementation of the Pizza hut Global People Systems roadmap
  • Responsibility for modernizing the people system functionality
  • Review existing people system processes with a view to innovating our output across the global framework
  • Partner with and influence senior stakeholders to embed people tech strategies
  • Implementation of robust value add MI frameworks
  • Work with wider YUM! brands to share and leverage best practice

IS THIS YOU?

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems and Technology, Business Administration or other related field preferred

Experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a HR/Technology role providing input into a people technology-strategy including processes and system
  • Experience in working within a global framework
  • Proven experience in creating, implementing and strengthening internal processes
  • Comfortable working and partnering with senior stakeholders (primarily CPO level)
  • Flexible to both deliver large scale people tech strategies along side a "hands on" day to day approach when necessary
  • Ability to see how People Systems and Processes can modernize and drive key efficiencies across the business
  • Tenacity and grit; able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders to align and multiple projects to lead
  • Strong customer service focus with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to executional excellence, accountability, and teamwork
  • Action-oriented and results driven, able to work autonomously and with a global, diverse team
