Organizational Development Specialist

Description:

A valued thought partner on the Organizational Development team who manages learning opportunities including creating e-learnings and new hire onboarding, also creating development tools and solutions to grow leadership capabilities, and organizational initiatives focused on learning and growth. Drives projects from concept to implementation through stakeholder alignment, thought leadership, execution, and coordination. As an innovative contributor, you will enhance the way our organization works and how it grows its people & culture!

Job Description:
  • Design / Development / Delivery
    • Gather, analyze, and provide data insights to inform learning designs
    • Define learning objectives based on needs analysis and using sound adult learning/instructional design expertise
    • Design and develop content that inspires and engages learners
    • Manage assessment of learning solutions, and iterate using feedback received to ensure quality experiences that impact performance
    • Maintain and update content library with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Approach design development with an inclusive and accessible mindset
    • Deliver/facilitate ILT learning interventions for a variety of audiences
  • Project Management
    • Use project management skills to lead and deliver against multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Support OD Manager with management of Heartstyles campaigns & processes for CORE/RSC employees
    • Manage New Hire Onboarding (NHO) program and training content
    • Collaborate with OD Manager and HRBPs to support and manage people capability (BPC) cycle processes, trainings, and communications
    • Manage eLearning content within the LMS
  • Drive Breakthrough Innovation
    • Lead with a growth mindset and agile approach
    • Appropriately challenge and ask questions to drive data-informed, equitable, and inclusive decisions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional/cross-brand peers to share best practices, tools, and support enterprise-wide efforts

Must-Have Success Factors:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Curriculum/Instructional Design or related field
  • Experience in creating learning solutions across various delivery modalities including eLearning, print and ILT
  • Demonstrated experience creating training solutions with eLearning development software and standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to work with and present to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of learning quickly when facing new situations and experimenting to find new creative solutions
