Manager, Field Staffing Strategies


Job Description:
  • Amplify the employment brand:
    • Create content and moments that bring our brand story to life
    • Get to know and celebrate Team Members and Managers on social channels; share their stories
    • Research and recommend Team Member benefits
    • Share Pizza Hut's differentiated benefits
    • Set strategy for and oversee the national employment marketing campaign
    • Manage the National Media Plan and ensure strategic, nuanced approach to spending
    • Manage careers site and overall EM message
    • Manage employment marketing vendor relationship; ensure nuanced approach for seasonality
    • Partner with legal to ensure approach is aligned with shared outcomes
    • Measure progress and results of key initiatives
    • Oversee analysis and translate insights into action
  • Streamline the hiring process through tech innovation
    • Serve as tech liaison, consultant, leader, and point of contact for the ATS
    • Manage ATS vendor relationship: identify clear goals, influence roadmap, and report on progress
    • Research and review industry data to keep ahead of emerging strategies and trends in hiring technology to continually refine our approach
    • Consult with and educate franchisees about recruitment best practices
    • Partner cross-functionally to identify staffing needs
    • Create interventions to strategically boost hiring; analyze regionally
    • Measure outcomes and adjust to accommodate market changes
    • Manage reporting/dashboard strategy. Report on progress against key goals and outcomes
    • Research and compare Pizza Hut's recruitment trends to US and QSR trends; calibrate approach to stay competitive

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity and tech innovation. Ideal candidate will have strong HR tech expertise, analytical skills, and a willingness to innovate and adapt within the ever-changing landscape of people and tech. This role reports into the Director of Field HR.

  • Experience planning, implementing, and supporting Applicant Tracking Systems
