Jr. HR Business Partner


Managing Talent
  • Partner with department heads to drive effective internal development and succession planning processes resulting a stronger bench across all departments
  • Partner with staffing team to oversee recruitment for all positions across your specified Teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking answers to their HR questions
  • Counsel department managers on general Employee Relations and Performance Management issues

People Development
  • Play lead role in Building People Capability process and partner with Organizational Development Team
  • Partner with Function Leads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions to continue to build individual, supervisory and organization capability
  • Partner with coaches to identify development needs and develop solutions to continue to build individual, coach and organization capability
  • Manage execution of all people development processes; including BPC, IDP and Goals to analyze results and use to inform strategy to build capability across specified Yum! functions.
  • Manage the Year End Performance Calibration and Evaluation process for specified functions, working with the department leaders to ensure maximum impact

Creating Engagement
  • Work to continue to develop an engaging culture that helps makes Pizza Hut a great place to work and drives business results.
  • Manage the Year End Performance Evaluation process for specified functions, working with the Leadership Team to ensure maximum impact

Driving Organizational Effectiveness
  • Advise department heads around effective Organization Design and structure to ensure effective performance and efficient decision making

Effectively execute key organizational / leadership changes

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferred in Human Resources Management or related field)

  • 2 - 4 years HR experience; ideally in Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven results in building client partnerships and leveraging processes and tools to drive work to closure
  • Exceptional coach and trusted advisor
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and practices
  • Experience facilitating groups and conducting training
  • Excellent conflict management skills - including leading others in effectively navigating through productive conflict
  • Strong analytical skills
