Growth Marketing and Media Manager


As a key leader on the marketing team, the manager of growth marketing leverages a vast targetable customer base to bring Pizza Hut's paid media strategy to life. The ideal candidate has extensive digital marketing knowledge and hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, leading agency teams, and implementing new capabilities to unlock growth.

This role is responsible for the performance of all paid digital channels including search, social, performance display/video, SEO, and mobile app marketing.

A successful candidate will focus on building meaningful relationships across our organization. They will lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution in translating analytical insights into actions. They are highly accountable, have a creative eye and a technical capability to optimize digital media campaigns. Above all, they employ a people-first mindset and value growing others.

  • Lead strategy, investment and optimization of all performance digital channels (SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic & App)
  • Manage Media, MMM, SEO, App Measurement and Tag Management agencies as well as point of contact for MarTech and Data providers.
  • Develop channel-level project roadmaps with quarterly learning/testing agenda
  • Partner with internal and external analytics teams to continuously monitor reach and performance across our target audiences and business KPI's
  • Work closely with creative and advertising teams to drive continuous improvements in creative across key audiences and windows
  • Advisor to franchise community in local media targeting, channel mix, and creative best practices via ongoing local media playbook and webinars
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data and reporting needs and develop actionable analytics to support organizational objectives
  • Responsible for staying current with best practices, strategies, legislation, and industry standards related to online marketing, analytical and Commerce acquisition tactics.

  • 5+ years in digital marketing including experience with strategic planning against set KPIs.
  • 3+ years experience in agency management and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Ability to manage large complex cross-functional projects with internal and external partners
  • Experience using MarTech platforms and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, SA360, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, LiveRamp and YEXT)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
  • QSR, franchise model or media agency experience
