Global Staffing Lead - Pizza Hut Global

As Global Staffing Lead, you will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of HR in managing open vacancies end to end, partnering with the business, driving process and cost efficiencies to include robust direct sourcing and talent mapping, as well as creating strategic reporting tools to improve performance and candidate / stakeholder


The Global Staffing Lead supports the overall growth and strategic direction of the brand through sourcing the best talent for open vacancies, acting as a consultative talent partner for the business as well as leading on key recruitment projects:
  • Work with the Hiring Manager and Finance on vacancy approvals, intake briefings and marketing of the position
  • Utilize creative and cost efficient sourcing techniques to directly source and talent pool relevant candidates for the business
  • Partner with the Head of HR on workforce planning, ensuring we are working with the business on forecasting potential needs, understanding key attrition metrics and formulating a sourcing strategy
  • Review resumes and conduct phones screens
  • Own and structure the interview process in line with Hiring Managers
  • Lead on agency engagement and work alongside the Head of Talent on creation of a wider preferred supplier list
  • Creation and distribution of weekly / monthly MI packs tailing both operational and strategic data metrics to drive business efficiencies
  • Execution of initiatives related to D&I

  • Significant experience managing end to end recruitment cycles
  • Demonstrated success working with cross functional partners including Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, etc.
  • Experience working on a variety of roles in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.
  • Good understanding of recruitment based MI reporting and analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
