Franchisee Success Tech Coach

Description:

The Franchisee Success Coach serves as primary liaison between the franchisee and Technology teams. Builds strong, credible relationships with franchisees and operating partners through frequent, proactive, honest and informative interactions. Facilitates successful achievement of business goals by developing action plans, offering meaningful recommendations and providing results-oriented feedback. Viewed by operating unit as invaluable resource while exceeding company goals, upholding core values and operational quality standards and protecting and growing the Pizza Hut brand.
  • Oversee a group of Pizza Hut Franchisees to monitor franchisee compliance with brand standards and decrease technology systems incident volume
  • Consult with and influence franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans and strategies, including store operational infrastructure
  • Monitor store operations, providing advice, coaching and support to franchisees
  • Consult with and influence franchisees on developing key processes and plans through biweekly or monthly partnership calls and data analysis
  • Provides timely, clear and informative communication and feedback to Technology Leadership and other teams as necessary, on issues which drive the improvement of the operating units' operations, development and financial health; stays abreast and communicates franchise best practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and/or restaurant/franchisee industry and management experience is required
  • Minimum of 2+ years operational management experience or 2+ years of successful multi-unit management experience in a retail and/or QSR environment
  • Proven ability to work with and influence franchisees, peers and senior management
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills
  • Proven prioritization, presentation, budgeting, time management, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer/franchisee facing position
  • Onboard new franchisees, maintain existing franchisees by providing value through Pizza Hut services, solve franchisee challenges and proactively mitigate churn
  • Develop our highest-value Franchisees into strong advocates and promoters of Pizza Hut
  • Communicate and advocate commonly requested features to the Product team and drive product innovation by advocating for franchisee needs
  • Be the "face of Technology " for Pizza Hut Franchisees, owning the onboarding process and providing account support as needed
  • Promote franchisee satisfaction and retention by proactive engagement
  • Create and run business reviews for strategic accounts
  • Provide franchisees with ongoing updates to the Product roadmap
  • Help build and establish best practices for the franchisee success organization
