Franchise Excellence Coordinator

The Franchise Excellence coordinator supports the team, programs, operations, and franchisees. This role assists with ideation, creation, and ongoing use of tools and processes.

  • Support identifying and implementing of communication best practices
  • Support Franchise Excellence and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communications, recognition events, and toolkits
  • Coordinate and partner on training and onboarding all new franchisees, including training schedules, e-processes, communication, training room set up, and event execution
  • Support planning and execution of Ops recognition programs
  • Assist in the development of tools that are relevant and actionable to service the needs of franchisees
  • Maintain any applicable websites, portals, and documents
  • Travel to assist with recognition programs (~5%)
  • Role is based in DFW. Hybrid work from home/office available: minimum of Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office, additional days in the office as needed, subject to change
  • Position is full-time and will report to Franchise Relations Sr. Manager

Experience (and other qualifications):
  • Project management (1 year minimum required, 3+ years desired)
  • Microsoft Office Skills: excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Familiarity with other tools in the suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple priorities. Demonstrates adaptability - handles day-to-day work challenges.
  • High standards and a drive for excellence. Committed to quality - Emphasizes the need to deliver quality products and/or services; defines standards for quality and evaluates products, processes, and/or services against those standards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals/groups at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to understand and respond to a diverse population including restaurant Team Members and Managers, Above Restaurant Leaders, Owners, and Senior Leaders across YUM.
