Franchise Excellence Coordinator
Description:
If you love great pizza, making an impact as you work with people, and driving a recognition culture, this role at Pizza Hut is for you!The Franchise Excellence coordinator supports the team, programs, operations, and franchisees. This role assists with ideation, creation, and ongoing use of tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support identifying and implementing of communication best practices
- Support Franchise Excellence and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communications, recognition events, and toolkits
- Coordinate and partner on training and onboarding all new franchisees, including training schedules, e-processes, communication, training room set up, and event execution
- Support planning and execution of Ops recognition programs
- Assist in the development of tools that are relevant and actionable to service the needs of franchisees
- Maintain any applicable websites, portals, and documents
- Travel to assist with recognition programs (~5%)
- Role is based in DFW. Hybrid work from home/office available: minimum of Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office, additional days in the office as needed, subject to change
- Position is full-time and will report to Franchise Relations Sr. Manager
Experience (and other qualifications):
- Project management (1 year minimum required, 3+ years desired)
- Microsoft Office Skills: excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Familiarity with other tools in the suite.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple priorities. Demonstrates adaptability - handles day-to-day work challenges.

- Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to understand and respond to a diverse population including restaurant Team Members and Managers, Above Restaurant Leaders, Owners, and Senior Leaders across YUM.
