Franchise Administration Analyst
Assist Franchise Relations Manager in managing legal support for franchise administration matters, including franchise relationships and related contractual obligations, with primary responsibility for managing franchise development and maintaining accurate franchise information as it relates to database programs.
* Manage administration of Asset Upgrade Schedules and contractual franchise asset action requirements as it relates to development, development obligations, certifications, plan submittal, franchise royalty rate reductions and reporting. (20%)
* Management of Company's site registration process to include approval letters, timelines, plan submittals and collection of development and franchise fees. (30%)
* Manage PHI YUM! Tracker database for the support and management of the Company's Franchise System to include developing processes and communication with Franchisees, Territory Coaches, PHI Development and Franchise Ops and providing ad hoc reports as required (30%)
Assist and support Franchise Relations Manager with Franchise Administration tasks, including preparation of Franchise Agreements, drafting of Amendments and ancillary franchise documents, delivery area mapping, Right of First Refusals, review of organizational documents, transfers of interest, and resolution of Franchisee inquiries. (20%)
Bachelor of Science/Arts preferred
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
3+ years experience in corporate environment demonstrating proficiency in analytical thinking.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure and tight timelines.
Specialized knowledge and technical skills in database management.
Self-directed individual with proven ability to problem solve, drive results and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills.
Strong communication and written skills.
