Equity Financial Analyst

Description:

Pizza Hut is seeking a sharp analyst to add to their FP&A team. This is a highly visible role that will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A.

Responsibilities

Analyzes current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit and revenue enhancement as it relates to company owned stores
Build and maintain various models and dashboards ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Runs canned weekly, periodic, quarterly reports providing comprehensive insights into store performance to various levels of equity leadership team

Leads the creation and publication of Accounts Receivable KPIs and dashboards/metrics that are timely, insightful, and automated by working cross-functionally with other departments, identifying opportunities for improvements with key stakeholders and functional leaders
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly Yum! Earnings Release data & Competitor Summaries
Uses data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate data insights
Owns or supports strategic projects, requests and/ or analysis, as needed

Education, Experience, Required Skills

Experience:

College degree required, preferably in business, finance or economics
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Dashboarding / data visualization knowledge is preferred (Tableau)
Demonstrated success in collaborating with teams, strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills required
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Future focused with a passion for innovation, including desire to learn, adopt and advance Finance technology capabilities
Experience in QSR or a retail organization is a plus
