Associate Performance Marketing Manager - Pizza Hut International

High level overview of the role:

The Associate Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director to provide support and execute on digital strategies, bringing the best-in-class digital experience and knowledge to drive sales for the Pizza Hut Latin America & Iberia region.


Latin America/Iberia (LAI) region constitutes ~2500 restaurants in 32 countries and operating 2 brands Pizza Hut and Telepizza.

- Manage Performance Marketing activity for LAI; collaborate with global teams to execute and deliver projects and campaigns.
- Help plan and prioritize key marketing tactics across global teams and countries, to improve country growth, revenue and efficiency targets.
- Experience with e-commerce, mobile payment systems, loyalty programs, apps and social technology in consumer-facing business
- Execute both long-term strategic and short-term operational digital marketing plans that result in above average business growth and performance
- Proven wins delivered in all facets of modern marketing (particularly digital, mobile and CRM) with an emphasis on sales-driving through-the-line communication
- Proven track record of delivering consistent, significant sales growth in a fast-moving, hypercompetitive, diverse, e-tailing environment
- Execute performance marketing channels including paid search, affiliate, retargeting and programmatic video/display
- Analyze and report on digital marketing channel performance including Traffic, CVR, CPO and ROAS

- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- 4-6 years of Marketing experience, preferably in QSR or Technology
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools - ideally Google Analytics
- Skills, including achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally
- Working knowledge of CRM or Email marketing campaign management and understanding of customer segmentation or automation strategies
- Acute awareness of the role data plays in driving transactional growth through customer facing marketing and communications
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and shape transformational business strategy
- Previous experience within a multinational highly regarded
- Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodations. Proof of vaccination required.
