Associate Manager, Operations Analytics

Description:

We are in search of an experienced analytical mind to help drive Pizza Hut's Digital Analytics and technology platform. This position will own analyses and integration projects from beginning to end, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing / execution, and synthesizing results to project stakeholders and internal leadership.
As a member of the Pizza Hut DS&A (Data Science & Analytics) group you lead a data driven approach to key functions across the business. The DS&A group is fully integrated within the business to ensure close partnerships and provide measurements that drives company performance. You will support multiple parts of the organization by providing day-to-day tactical support and to help optimize the strategy surrounding Pizza Hut's digital experience.
Our ideal candidate has a breadth of analytics experience, strong technical skills, an evolving understanding of common technologies, and is capable of decomposing complex problems into addressable components or digestible analyses while maintaining a keen eye on the relevant business objective(s); their core responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
- Serve as primary product owner for digital analytics who coordinates with business and engineering teams to identify and prioritize e-commerce tracking needs
- Manages relationship with digital analytics engineering team to build our ability track movement through our digital properties and identify customer friction points
- Power user of our google analytics suite to identify and prioritize next best areas of development for digital product teams
- Manage Conversion Rate Optimization program using funnel analysis and Adobe Target for A/B testing
- Manage 3rd party pixel request from agencies / partners and implement tagging as needed

Background / Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience, or Relevant work experience
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Required
- 2+ years' working in digital analytics tools; such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, & Tealium
- Experience defining data tracking requirements & guiding developers through data layer implementation of those requirements
- Conduct root cause analyses for data or product issues
- Experience managing end-to-end A/B testing program execution
- Expertise with conversion rate optimization using analytics and A/B testing
- Experience using e-commerce funnel analytics to evaluate performance of digital products
- Comfortable with building data visualizations (KPI's, OKR's, etc.) and presenting to stakeholders
- Partner with teams across the organization to link digital insights to broader impacts
Preferred
- Multiple years of digital analytics implementation experience, preferably with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, & Tealium
- Formal experience with Product Model
- Experience developing A/B testing strategy
- Experience with Adobe Target
- 1+ year experience managing direct report(s) or 3rd party vendor/agency
