Associate Manager, Human Resources Business Partner- Pizza Hut International

We're seeking a dynamic and engaging HR leader to provide support to the HR Director for Pizza Hut International, aiding in talent management, leadership development, workplace culture, and equity, inclusion, and belonging. It will also play a major role in the 'Building People Capability' cycle and employee engagement surveys.

This position will partner with HR teams across Pizza Hut International markets on key initiatives. In addition, this role will provide support for all HR related topics to the teams of Latin America & Iberia (LAI) and Digital Ventures (PHDV) based in Dallas across the business. This will include hiring, building the most powerful, inclusive culture anywhere, performance management, employee relations, and other talent topics.

Job Size:

Pizza Hut International has over 11,000 restaurants globally across 7 regions with ~$7MM in system sales.

The Role:
Talent Management

- Support planning and facilitation of talent review process (PPR) and succession planning
- Contribute to and support the talent strategy with a focus on building a diverse pipeline and building organizational capability
- Partner with cross-brand HR teams to implement new short-term assignment program and manage short term assignment opportunities and process for PHI Dallas population
- Coach managers to further develop their teams to grow into leaders with Smart, Heart, and Courage
- Support the Building People Capability cycle (goal setting, personal development plans, end-of-year performance assessments, leadership goals and results) to continuously monitor and nurture the overall potential of the organization
Engagement

- Lead a culture squad comprised of employees from various levels and functions to bring to life fun, relevant, and engaging activities that align with the feedback from our Employee Engagement Survey
- Build extremely strong relationships and gain credibility across the organization, being sought out for counsel and feedback throughout the employee lifecycle, and contributing to cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Partner with PHI marketing and communications' team to activate Social Purpose for Dallas population
- Lead execution of critical PHI training programs for example: Heartstyles, GrowthMindset, and Achieving Breakthrough Results
Equity, Inclusion, Belonging

- Create and implement initiatives aligned with PHI's Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy to achieve business goals and strengthen company culture
- Support talent-related efforts, further cultivating diversity talent pipelines
- Cultivate capabilities needed to support a diverse team where all employees feel like they belong
- Engage leaders to understand, influence and define equity, inclusion, and belonging priorities for their business functions

Working Relationships:
- PHI, LAI, PHDV, Pizza Hut International markets, Yum! /cross-brand HR teams (Pizza Hut US, KFC, Taco Bell, Habit Burger, Yum payroll, benefits, and immigration teams)
- External vendors; consultants, agencies, etc.

Knowledge & Skill Required:

General Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience preferably in a human resources generalist or talent management/development role
- Bachelor's degree, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent, and culture awareness, HR certifications a plus
- Ability to be resourceful and agile, working on special projects
- Significant potential for future growth and open to future relocation
- Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law. Proof of vaccination required.
