• Lead Process and Follow up on training Calendar execution of BCM & LEAD ON with internal and external hires.
• Implement Shift Manager Certification Process as an additional tool to help drive capability and readiness of our manager candidates.
• Lead and be content expert on Learning Zone tracking and follow up required compliance of new hires.
