Job Description:

Pizza Hut is looking for a self-motivated Technical Analyst Manager who will serve as a coach for technical analysts across all our product lanes. We desire a candidate who is very detail and process oriented, while understanding the structure of the technology products that we are building. The candidate should have a good understanding of how to build technical requirements that are foundational to the product and be able to lead others to do this as well. The position will have Technical Analysts directly reporting to them. Someone who loves technology, loves business application development, and is a creative, conceptual thinker able to persuade others and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Scope of the Role:
  • Manage a team of Technical Analysts assigned to various product lanes
  • Develop and implement processes to integrate requirements, acceptance criteria, and tests into holistic product documentation
  • Lead Technical Analysts to write detailed product documentation and user stories according to the process
  • Define appropriate system diagrams by collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Identify new tools or processes which can help us achieve our goals.
  • Coach team in how to lead successful backlog refinement sessions with their product team

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of ITManagement experience
  • Experience in Technical Analysis and system diagrams
  • 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environment on Product Team
  • Solid Understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of how the requirements align with other phases in the SLDC

Preferred Requirements:
  • Software Development experience
  • AWS or GCP and their services with a good understanding of cloud-based applications

  • Gitlab
  • Confluence/JIRA (preferred)
