Your Role
• People Development: Hire, train, coach, and develop your team.
• Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
• Financial Management: Review sales, manage costs, and grow profits.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee food safety, inventory, and quality.
• Operations: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations.

• Previous management experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
