Test & Learn System
  • Codify and document test protocols (pre-launch checklist, metrics, feedback loops, pilot wrap-up)
  • Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform go/no-go decisions
  • Package test results into case studies and toolkits for franchise adoption

Strategic Planning & Prioritization
  • Partner with the Equity leadership team to prioritize the test pipeline based on strategic importance and operational readiness
  • Maintain a rolling 12-18 month innovation calendar to balance field capacity and strategic impact

Field Engagement & Influence
  • Be a visible, credible presence in the field-joining install days, collecting feedback, and helping to problem-solve in real time
  • Champion the voice of the restaurant operator in all innovation work

Required Qualification:
  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 5+ years in project management or operations leadership, ideally in QSR or retail
  • 5+ years exposure to professional presentation development (PPT) and strategic business analysis (XLS)
  • Experience managing pilots or special projects across cross-functional teams
  • Strong operational intuition and clear communicator -comfortable walking a back-of-house as well as a boardroom
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Availability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods

Salary Range: $94,000 to $111,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
