We are looking for a Manager of Business Development and Strategy who will play a critical role in advancing Pizza Hut's new restaurant growth strategy. This role will assist in identifying, evaluating, and tracking unique growth opportunities to the Director, Chief Development Officer, and executive leadership. You will also be a strategic thought partner on the development team and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Evaluate Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify unique growth opportunities such as inorganic growth, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and/ or business partnerships.
  • Valuation & Financial Analysis: Perform initial financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence on acquisition prospects, ensuring a thorough assessment of their strategic and financial compatibility.
  • Pipeline Management: Create and monitor system for managing unique development opportunities at all stages of their lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Development Team Support: Partner with development team and leaders across the company to help communicate opportunities and strategy.

Required Qualifications:
  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, when not traveling.
  • Travel: 10-20%.
  • 8 years experience in Restaurant/ Retail Business Development, Finance, Strategy, and/or M&A Required.
  • Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas to directors and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/MBA in related field.
  • Prior success in growing QSR brands.

Salary Range: $122,100 to $129,240 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
