Maintenance Supervisor (Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC Based Role)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads all aspects of facilities maintenance strategy and execution including managing service providers and internal techs to ensure quality, maintain brand standards and maximize life of company assets
- Act as the first point of escalation for field facilities emergencies and opportunities and provide emergency support 24/7/365
- Work with Operations and Finance departments on process improvement and vendor management functions
- Maintain capital spending templates, support execution including procurement and management of the capital improvements and repair and maintenance plan.
- Leads the maintenance strategic plan implementation and communication
- Supports business continuity by proactively planning for and responding to catastrophic events.
- Perform site visits and maintenance audits for all restaurants.
- Manage the implementation, automatization, process flows, and training of CMMS system
- Manage asset tagging and equipment tracking processes through CMMS system.
- Supports all service-related opportunities, manage work order flow and operations requests
- Develop a network of quality service providers, analyze performance, benchmark performance data, and assess success
- Review proposals and invoices to ensure overall value, analyze labor rates, cost of PM services and competitive bid processes
- Identify current and future capital needs, manage equipment lifecycle management
- Place and track equipment orders
- Complete expense reports and other administrative responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be based in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC.
- 3+ years of facilities management experience within the restaurant/retail/c-store/grocery industries experience
- Knowledge and experience with the following: HVAC/mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance contracting, kitchen equipment, soda and CO2 systems
- Experience with CMMS or project management control systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Intermediate understanding and reporting of financial reports, P&L and budgeting
- Ability to forecast, troubleshoot and provide solutions with a sense of urgency
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, and able to work effectively, independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel, up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional qualifications and/or technical certifications in facility maintenance preferred, Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus
Salary Range: $70,400 - $82,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors
