$21-$25We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our restaurant team. As an HR Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Your goal will be to create a positive and productive work environment that supports our restaurant's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Employee Onboarding and Training: Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
3. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
4. Benefits and Compensation: Develop and administer benefits and compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
7. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements
1. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
