The Associate Finance Manager - Pizza Hut Equity will serve as the finance leader on the Equity Leadership team, supporting a growing portfolio of 59+ company-owned restaurants. This role is responsible for full P&L ownership, forecasting, accounting, and capital planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, operational curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to help drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management & Monthly Reviews
  • Lead monthly financial reviews and variance analysis for each of the 9 Area Coaches
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to field leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Utilize Operations metrics and bonus structure to evaluate and approve monthly bonuses to Restaurant Managers and Area Coaches

Quarterly Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Own the quarterly forecast process and support annual budgeting in collaboration with operations and finance
  • Provide scenario modeling and long-range planning support

Profit Optimization & Strategic Analysis
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve restaurant-level profitability
  • Support initiatives such as preventative maintenance programs and cost structure analysis
  • Leverage Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and performance summaries

CapEx Management
  • Track capital expenditures and support ROI analysis
  • Ensure alignment with investment strategies and operational priorities

Accounting & Payables
  • Manage invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in coordination with the accounting team

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with HR on compensation analysis and planning for hourly and salaried roles
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to align on business goals and drive performance

Required Qualifications:
  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably in restaurant or retail operations
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Salary Range: $107,800 to $126,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
