As a Media Analyst, this contributor will be instrumental in shaping the communications strategy by partnering with artists, content creators and media giants to refresh the brand and invigorate an upcoming generation of Pizza Hut customers. As a member of the Brand Experience & Media Team, the best fit would be a bold thinker who can decode complex consumer insights to craft media strategies then manage campaign execution. In partnership with media, creative, social and PR agencies, the analyst will also measure the value of advertising in driving sales overnight and building a brand over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner in lock step with TV Production & Content Development to support brand partnerships and activations across all channels
- Collaborate with Advertising, PR and CRM teams to align marketing efforts and understand the contribution each makes on improving sales growth.
- Coordinate cross functionally with brand advertising, marketing strategy, and consumer insights to execute media campaigns
- Oversee the development and execution of multiple projects acting comfortably as both as a project leader and a team contributor depending
- Handle all media operations including PO creation, invoice processing, and detailed budget management
- Guide programs through compliance, working to ensure all deliverables meet legal requirements
Required Qualifications:
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Entry-level experience in digital marketing, media or with an ad agency
- Experience crafting briefs, building presentations, summarizing industry news and developing points of view on media opportunities
- Understanding of media flowcharts, planning strategies and exposure calculations
- Strong instincts for developing marketing content to create brand positioning following brand guidelines and providing concise feedback achieve outcomes
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to think conceptually and to translate those concepts into actionable plans
- Familiarity with agency process, possessing strong communication skills to work with various partners
- Resourceful, energetic, self-motivated, organized and reliable
- A positive, team player with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and emerging trends
- Technological proficiency in media analytics tools, emerging platforms and business communications platforms
- Natural leadership ability and the confidence to lead presentations
- Strong sense of time, recognizing urgency with a sense of calm
Preferred Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree + 2 yrs work experience or Advanced Degree preferred
- Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications or related courses of study
Salary Range: $78,000 to $88,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
