This role is critical to enabling the CRM team in their efforts to drive accelerated growth in the business. The incumbent will be responsible for executing franchisee email requests, shepherding the creative development process of all CRM communications, leading the QA efforts for national and local sends, and managing the standard reporting of the team's efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Local Email Marketing: Manage the intake process with franchisees, ensuring their needs are met by the team to drive local customer marketing for their business
- Creative Development Process: Work with digital agency to project manage the development of all CRM communication from briefing to creative reviews to legal approvals and deployment
- QA National & Local Sends: Support the team in tracking the testing process to ensure all milestones are completed and approved before going live
- Analytics Support: Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to improve dashboards and translate results into digestible reports for leadership. Monitor fraud and alerts, ensuring escalation is in place for any critical issues
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 1-3 years of industry/QSR, agency or marketing experience, and/or project management role
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and desire to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Time management skills and resourcefulness
- Team player, reliable and excited to take on new tasks
Salary Range: $78,000 to $88,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
